PROBLEM: The church’s existing premise-based PBX phone system was very outdated with replacement parts harder to come by and support no longer available from the manufacturer or former vendor. They were also expanding to multiple campuses and needed a system that would allow them to stay in direct touch with other church staff members and install easily without having to rely on complicated VPN mesh designs. They wanted to be able to administrate the system themselves and needed features such as auto attendant and voicemail to email. Since they are non-profit, costs were also a concern.

INSIGHT: The church was in an expansion mode and so it was important that we provided a very straightforward and affordable method of adding new campuses and staff members.

SOLUTION: Our hosted VoIP solution was ideal to handle their expansion as it is nearly without limits in terms of the number of users it can handle. The administrator web portal gives their IT staff the ability to make changes to the phone system 24/7 from any smart device including name and password changes, campus scheduling for call routing, and call statistics for their events planning department. The costs were also inline with their accounting department.
